Vegan Eggnog

 I have not tried this yet but it got rave reviews from Micah and her family.

7 cups nut milk (get recipe on www.cafejanae.com)
½ cup raw cashews (soaked for 4 or more hours)
2 Tbs. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup raw honey
¾ tsp. turmeric
¾ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ground cloves
¾ tsp. nutmeg
¾ tsp. powdered ginger

Directions

Combine all ingredients in high speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Chill and serve cold.
